1) Wild Little Bird will not be responsible for the quality/condition of the item(s) you order or any errors in information provided! All information provided (i.e. sizing, colour) are what have been presented by wholesalers and suppliers. 

2) Full refunds will only be given if the item(s) you ordered is/are out of stock! 

3) Please clear all doubts before placing an order because orders will NOT be cancelled (and hence no refunds) after payment has been received! 

4) Please add $1 for normal mail and $3.24 for registered mail (registered articles will only be mailed on Wednesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays)! There will be no meetups for this backorder!

5) When all slots have been taken for a particular design, no more orders will be processed unless design is in great demand. We apologise for any inconvenience (or disappointment) caused.

6) Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis!

2) Fill in the order form and together with your iBank nick or a snapshot of your ATM receipt, email your order form toWILDLITTLEBIRD@GMAIL.COM

Please note: A snapshot of your receipt is needed to verify your payment if you used ATM transfers! No receipt = no order and there will be no refunds either! Please do not make a transfer if the ATM machine cannot produce a receipt!

3) Your name + items ordered will be listed below for record purposes! Please check to make sure that your name is there within 48hrs after sending in your order form. If it is not, please email wildlittlebird@gmail.com immediately!
