- Prices stated are NON-NEGOTIABLE and are EXCLUSIVE of postage fees.

- No swaps/partial swaps/trades, or whatever you want to call it.

- NO MEET-UPS. Exceptions will be made at an ADDITION of $2.  However, please do NOT request for meet-ups if you are unable to meet at any of the following MRT stations:

1) Choa Chu Kang to Bukit Batok MRT stations

2) Jurong East to Buona Vista MRT stations

Any orders with requests for meet-ups at places other than the ones listed will be cancelled.

- All parcels will be delivered by SingPost and Wild Little Bird will not be responsible for any lost mail.

- All normal parcels will be mailed out within 2-3 days after payment has been received. You will be informed by email when your parcel has been mailed out.

- Registered parcels will ONLY be sent out on Saturdays (maybe on some Wednesdays but there is no guarantee). Hence, please allow some time for any registered article to be delivered especially if you made a payment at the start of any week. This is, however, NOT applicable during the school holidays in June and December.

- Payments are to be made by Paypal, POSB/DBS ATM transfers and iBanking. Concealed cash at your own risk. Please provide a snapshot of your ATM receipt for confirmation.

- All payments are to be made within 24 hours after confirmation of orders or your order will be cancelled and you WILL also be blacklisted. Please ask for more time if you are unable to make a payment within 1 day, or please inform us by yourself if you are unable to pay within that time.

- As of 17 January 2011, customers are NOT allowed to change their orders once order forms have been sent in. If you change your mind and would like to buy more items, please send in a new/separate order form.

- You may exchange your item for a new one if the item you ordered is defective. This is only available within one week after your item has been mailed. A photo of the defect is also needed. However, there will be no refunds and should your item be out-of-stock, you may choose another item of the same value or top-up for another item of a greater value.

- Please do not cancel your orders once they have been confirmed. You WILL be blacklisted.

- All orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. WE DO NOT RESERVE ITEMS.

- PLEASE REPLY ALL EMAILS EVEN IF YOU ARE NO LONGER INTERESTED IN BUYING WHATEVER YOU EXPRESSED INTEREST IN.

- Wild Little Bird reserves the right to reject any order.
